Our Culture
God is a natural part of our day and Christ is at the center in everything we do. He alone is who we are and why we are successfully educating hundreds of students every year. As Christians, God dwells in us through the Holy Spirit and we want our students to know without a doubt that our faith does not need to be set aside during the day but drives who we are. Our culture allows our students to thrive through their God-given gifts and be successful in life beyond high school.
At Faith Christian Academy, our goals are to provide numerous opportunities for our students to discover and develop their gifts and to prepare them for life beyond high school. Integrity and character are encouraged through academic, artistic, and athletic opportunities. Success in life is the result of their growth, development, and work ethic.

Spiritual Focus
Our students receive support to grow closer to Christ through our intentionally Christian environment. Bible classes and chapel focus on our relationship with Christ, encouraging our students to trust and love God. Students have multiple opportunities to participate in prayer groups, Bible studies, and outreach projects which include overseas mission trips at our high school. Our students are taught to observe, analyze, and understand the world through a Christian worldview lens with the ultimate goals of loving God and loving others while pursuing academic success with the goal of being prepared for life.

Excellent Retention
Our student retention is exceptionally high, year in and year out. Our student retention is over 90% every year and our teacher retention has been at 90% over the last three years. We also proudly have an average of 10+ alumni teachers on our staff.

Small Class Sizes
In elementary, maximum class size is 24 students. For middle school and high school, the master schedule is built around an average of 20-25 students per classroom. The culture in the classroom is supported by the small class sizes, caring teachers, and classroom management which encourage a safe learning environment for every student.

Strong Extra-Curricular Activities
The availability of many extra-curricular activities at Faith Christian supports each student’s individual talents. Their success is a result of their work ethic in developing the gifts God gave them and then using those gifts for His honor and His glory. Our extra-curricular activities include clubs, field trips, mission trips, athletic teams, social events and more where students can discover their gifts in a safe environment.
